Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the calculator must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with included components.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending the item. Authorized returns go to Jovylabs, 26 Rue Des Gazanias, 66380 Pia, France. This return address is in France.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with the details and, where helpful, photographs. Opening the packaging to inspect a damaged, defective or incorrect item does not prevent you from reporting the problem. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution with you.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping for our error, damage or defects. You cover return shipping for a change of mind, including the cost of returning the item to France. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once approved, a refund is returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help locating an approved refund.
