Which calculator should I choose?
Pocket covers everyday arithmetic. Desktop and Studio offer larger layouts. Scientific covers study functions. Business adds margin and tax-rate calculations; Financial covers time value of money, cash flows and amortization. Compare individual product details before choosing.
Are batteries included?
No. The required power source is listed on each product page; batteries are not included.
Where do you ship?
Free shipping to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. We do not ship to territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
When does processing begin?
Order cutoff: 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed UTC−06:00 year-round; daylight saving time does not apply. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before cutoff use that business day as the handling start date. Orders placed at or after cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day.
Can I return my calculator?
Request authorization within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Contact us about defects, damage or wrong items even if opened for inspection. Authorized returns go to our company address in France.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover shipping for our error, damage or defects. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. No restocking fee applies.
When will my refund be made?
Approved refunds return to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
How are payments and order status confirmed?
Follow the payment result provided during checkout. A purchase request alone does not establish payment or order acceptance. Contact us if a payment or order status is unclear.
